I’ve been using the Aveeno Eczema Cream for over a year now and I only use it on my eczema spots. It’s formulated with colloidal oatmeal to soothe and hydrate those areas. Another part of healing dry skin in the winter is bringing back humidity into the air. My husband got me a small travel size humidifier a few years ago and I set that up right next to my nightstand before I go to bed. I want to get a bigger one for the whole room but for right now it does the job. Mine is a cool air mist but it doesn’t feel cold by any means. I haven’t decided on a full size humidifier yet so please leave me any suggestions below if you know of one that you love.
