I’m super hesitant when it comes to drugstore palettes. I find most of them to be too powdery, not pigmented enough or the shades don’t fall within my natural makeup look. You can imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon a face palette that hits all of those boxes.
Pixi Chloe Morello Palette Review
A few weeks ago Pixi sent me their new collaboration range with three different influencers. While all are beautiful, the Pixi Morello Palette is my favorite by a long shot. Here’s what’s included in the palette:
– Three blush shades: Promise (my everyday favorite), Bouquet, Romance
– Six eye shadow shades, some of which also function as great highlighters: Veil, Honeymoon, Fairytale, Passion, Lace, Swoon
– Three liner/brow shades: Knot, Unity (I mix both together for a nice brow shade), Tux
I love the shade range, versatility of this palette and it’s compact size. It has a slim mirror that doesn’t do much for me but other than that, it’s a drugstore palette worth having. The blush shades are large enough to easily dip your large brush in and give you a variety of natural colors to choose from. Promise in particular reminds me of Nars Orgasm and I LOVE that blush.
The shimmery eyeshadow shades range from champagne to bronze variations and are super natural. Combined with the matte liner/brow shades, you’ve got yourself a great face palette. I’ve been wearing at least one shade from the Pixi Chloe Morello palette ever since I got it because it’s so convenient to use.
My Verdict on the Pixi Chloe Morello Palette
If you’re looking for a natural, all rounder face palette that doesn’t break the bank at $24, this Palette is the way to go. The shades are beautiful, you can use them for several different parts of your face and make a great travel companion on the road.
