Earlier this year I ordered a few items from Follain, a clean beauty shop. If you’re not caught up on my Youtube channel, I filmed a haul about it here. I switched to a clean face serum, eye cream and daily moisturizer and am genuinely impressed with them. So much so that I’m about to reorder them!

Ursa Major Skincare Products

Vitamin C Serum: Wonderful against fine lines, hydrates and the pump feature is great for easy application. I use it underneath my face moisturizer but in the summer time I’ll probably use it on it’s own.

Recovery Cream: This stuff is goooood! Although rich in texture, it sinks into the skin quickly and you only need a little bit. In the summer time I’ll transition it to my night cream as my skin has been loving it.

Both these products have made my skin look brighter, healthier – kind of like when you get out of a facial. That kind of healthy glow.

Eye Cream & At Home Facial

After having loved this Indie Lee body scrub, I was eager to try more from the brand. This anti-fatigue & brightening serum does exactly what it says. The texture was a little too light for me at first but I’ve come to enjoy it. I’ll be using a different night eye cream but for the morning this is perfect.

Let me tell you, the hype is real around the Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial. Is it really worth the hefty price tag? Yes. Especially if you don’t typically spend money on facials. I’ve used it three times so far and each time my skin looks reborn. Apply it sparingly – especially if you have sensitive skin. Let me know if you’ve tried any Drunk Elephant products and what I should pick up next!

Clean Makeup Products

Switching to clean beauty products is a lot easier in the skincare skincare department. It’s easier to get the formulas right than in makeup, which is why I’m slowly testing out clean makeup. I’ve found a few gems that have really impressed me, namely this bronze eye polish that I blend in with my fingers. And this highlighter is my new go-to. I’m really into cream products at the moment as they’re great for dry skin.

I’ve also found this neutral lipstick that has become my new go-to. It’s so moisturizing and honestly doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a heavy lipstick. It has decent staying power and the color is nicely pigmented.

PS:

If you want to try more clean beauty products, Follain has given me a 15% off code to share with new customers: ref15_bfpkt8 . There are a few brands excluded from the discount but still a nice way to save some money!
