We all get anxious from time to time. And when I get anxious, I start worrying about the most random and specific thing. And it’s hard for me to get out of that moment. Exercise is a big part of helping me manage stressful moments. That’s why I love high-intensity workouts that push my body to its limit. But then there are times where that’s not enough, and I just want something to relax me. Something to take the edge off. I’ve been taking CBD for over a month now and want to share my Equilibria CBD review with you.
I’m coming at you with a rare baking blog post! It features my childhood favorite dessert, a plum vanilla clafoutis. Or as my family calls it: Auflauf! And while it’s considered a dessert, I also recommend eating it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I’ve wanted to write about my complicated mother/daughter relationship for years, but have been afraid to do so. First, I didn’t want it to be a negative reflection of my childhood.
It’s the middle of summer and I’ve already traveled a lot this year. I love exploring new places but I’m so ready to buckle down, save some money, and implement a no spend month. I’ve got a lot of expenses to take into account with having a dog, house, car payment, being a small business owner (omg TAXES)… I also want to focus more on my financial goals and build a nice cushion with the big 3-0 approaching next year.
I first heard about intermittent fasting on Instagram as I saw other bloggers talking about it. I was super skeptical, as I am with most “diets”. The idea is to fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour time frame. So if you start at 12pm, you stop eating at 8pm. I haven’t talked much about it but I’ve noticed so many benefits of intermittent fasting.
In late March Greg and I headed south for 72 hours in Charleston. Ever since I went there 3 years ago for the Blog Societies Conference, I’ve wanted to go back with Greg. We both LOVE to eat and the city itself is so beautiful. We decided to stay at the Fulton Lane Inn and from having been there before, I knew it was going to be a great location.
