Exfoliating pads have quickly worked their way into my skincare routine. I have three exfoliating pads that I rotate between for different occasions. They differ in potency and I thus use them either on a daily or weekly basis. I love them as an alternative to a regular face wash exfoliator. I’ve found I can target problem areas better and I can gently exfoliate every day. They also brighten my skin and provide me with a healthy glow.
This product was released last year after their bestselling liquid glow tonic. I absolutely love how gentle and moisturizing the pad feels. It’s made for sensitive skin and I literally use it twice every day, mornings and at night. It does not break me out and feels very refreshing on my skin. The price can’t be beat and I look forward to using this every time I step into my bathroom.
I recently stumbled upon these in an online Sephora order. These are pricier but I will say that they also seem a bit more potent. When I was sick last month I used these to get rid of the dead skin on my face. And I also used them while I was on my trip in Las Vegas. At first I was strongly on ‘Team Glow Tonic’ but after using these, I am now torn between the two. If you’re looking for a bit more exfoliating strength in your daily routine, I’d go with these. If you have more sensitive skin, stick with Pixi for a lighter exfoliation.
Let me introduce you to the Mama Jama of exfoliating pads. This is the most potent of the three exfoliating pads and I only use this every so often. Specifically when I’m about to break out. I’ve featured it in this break out routine post and it’s a folded square that you take out of the packaging. When my skin is looking extra questionable, I reach for this. It’s a true powerhouse and I notice my skin improving immediately. I’m on my last packet and need to restock soon for the summer. I know it’s the priciest of the three, but seeing as I only use this once in a while, it’s a serious vanity staple.
Most of the time I don’t want to wash my face with an exfoliator. I prefer reaching for these three exfoliating pads as they get the job done in an instant and there’s no fuss involved. Are you going to give these exfoliating products a try? Or do you like to stick with a liquid exfoliator?
