Two MAC Lipsticks For Fall

I know it’s still August but September is a week away, which means pumpkin E’RYTHING and the fall right around the corner. Keeping that in mind I wanted to share two MAC lipsticks for fall that are my absolute favorite. I’ve worn them the past two years and I’m still as obsessed with them as when I first got them. Both lipsticks have a lustre finish which is one of my favorite types of finishes from MAC. They first come off sheer but then build up to a opaque color with a glossy feel.

Syrup, a pinky mauve color, is my everyday lipstick that gives me a hint of berry without being overwhelming. It has a huge following in the beauty community as it’s one of those shades that works with any skin color. I went into MAC asking for a pink lipstick without being actually pink. Syrup was the answer.

The second lipstick, Plumful, is a stunning berry color that I can’t stop staring at. I personally don’t wear this throughout the day but you could definitely get away with it. This is a great shade for when you want to go out after work or don’t want to deal with the upkeep of a red lip.

Two MAC Lipsticks For Fall

Both lipsticks last you 1-2 hours so you do have to reapply them occasionally throughout wearing them. A few days ago I tweeted out that I couldn’t wait for September so I can satisfy my pumpkin pie craving – but really I also just want a reason to wear these two MAC lipsticks for fall.

What lipsticks are you going to be wearing in the fall?
