What I’m Thankful For

Today is Thanksgiving, an American holiday where we celebrate and reflect upon all the things we are thankful for. I didn’t grow up celebrating this holiday so when I moved to the US it was the first time where I really got to experience Thanksgiving and all the delicious food that it comes with.

2015 has been a year full of changes for me. I switched jobs back in March and noticed such a big difference in my quality of life. When I was on my honeymoon last year I was the happiest I’d ever been and realized that I didn’t want to continue in a job that negatively affected me. I decided to change jobs and have a greater work life balance. I love having more time to myself and focusing on things that make me happy.

I’m also thankful for my husband and family who love and support me in all of my crazy ideas. When I first planned and launched my blog it was vital to me to have their support and lean on them when I felt down. Sharing your dreams with someone can be tough and I’m so glad to not be ridiculed for them.

And my last thank you has to go to YOU! I’m thankful to have you as a reader and supporting me since Viciloves launched earlier this year! THANK YOU for your countless words of encouragement, comments and engagement on my blog. I’m truly thankful for every single one of you!

With that I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the time with your loved ones!
